When you charge your electric car and use electricity from GodEl, the surplus automatically goes to charity at no extra cost to you. You can find more information about this here : Profits to Charity. - GodEl

Which charity does the surplus go to through GodEl? Qwello has chosen the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation, where the funds will go toward its initiative “Vibrant Waters from Source to Sea,” which works to promote healthy and thriving aquatic environments.
What does the "Good Environmental Choice" label on electrical products mean? "Good Environmental Choice" means that the electricity comes from renewable sources—water, wind, and solar. This type of electricity generation meets the highest environmental standards for how electricity is produced. You can find more information here : Electricity - Good Environmental Choice
